Autumn has finally arrived and with it also the Fair in Versilia which enshrines this beautiful season. We are speaking of the San Martino Fair in Pietrasanta. Appointment coinciding with the feast of the patron saint on 7 and 8 November, for two days of great relish, providing the usual encounter with special menus of restaurants, exhibitions and of course a fair of excellent and selected food and wine products.

During the two-day celebration, plenty of space will be devoted to the 2015 “Impara l’arte” ("Learn the art") edition, an opportunity to learn about local excellence in food and natural products. Walking through the enlightened and lively old town centre of Pietrasanta, you can explore the scenery of Piazza Duomo and the surrounding main streets, encountering many stands that offer free tastings of local products to accompany a good glass of wine or a craft beer.

Plenty also for those with a sweet tooth, with the best products from some of the finest Italian artisans: chocolate bars, gift items, wine and rum tasting, chocolate liqueurs, confectionery and preparations for mousse.
