The season 2013/2014 has begun at the Teatro Comunale in the neighbouring Pietrasanta. The programme contains many famous names and classic and captivating theatre productions.

The season began on November 7 with Luca Zingaretti, leading actor in ‘La torre d’avorio’, and continues until November 22 with the show directed and played by Luca Barbareschi, inspired by the Oscar winning film’s namesake, ‘The King’s Speech’.

Amongst the other shows not to be missed, we recommend Massimo Ranieri in ‘Viviani Varietà’ (December 11) and Nancy Brilli in ‘La Locandiera’ (February 14, 2014). For those who love classical literature, Manuela Mandracchia and Luciano Roman will interpret Hanrik Ibsen’s masterpiece, ‘Hedda Glaber’ on January 17, 2014.
