Anime and video game fans have an important appointment between late October and early November. Each year, held in the Renaissance walls, takes place the Lucca Comics & Games, the convention entirely dedicated to the world of fantasy.

In these days, Lucca is crowded with the famous characters from comics, videogames and films. Stroll through the streets of the Renaissance city and meet cosplayers and people of all ages dressed as their favourite superheroes: it is a really fun experience.

Every year the festival offers a rich program, including events, shows and fantasy-themed conferences. But it is not necessary to join in such activities to enjoy the Lucca Comics & Games, just wander through the pavilions and the many stands set up for the occasion.

The appointment with comics comes back from 30 October to 3 November 2019.
