In summer, the arena of Villa Bertelli, in Forte dei Marmi, becomes a great cultural and recreational center. The original schedule develops over July and August, with performances, concerts and shows for all ages.

Music, culture and art alternate in the long summer evenings in Versilia. All shows begin at 9.30pm and require a ticket.

In August, the not to be missed events include the great concerts of Italian artists: Simone Cristicchi (6 August), Ornella Vanoni (11 August), Roberto Vecchioni with the Infinito Tour (16 August) and Malika Ayane (21 August). The musical Il principe ranocchio (The frog prince) is pleasant even for the little ones and is scheduled on 22 August. The summer events at Villa Bertelli end with the search for happiness (the show La macchina della felicità) by Flavio Insinna, on 24 August.
